Damaged or incorrect orders
If the family board game is damaged or does not match the description on our website (oops!), contact customercare via our online form – provide your order number and the name of the item you're returning along with a description about why and we'll be in touch quickly to sort it out. Playtonic are happy to cover all applicable shipping costs and we'll get a replacement out to you as soon as we can.
You can change your mind
We go the extra mile to provide accurate information so you can make your purchase with confidence. Don't worry though – if you change your mind, we're always happy to help out.
Simply return your purchase sealed and in its original, undamaged and saleable condition. You'll need to cover return shipping costs using a traceable method like registered post or trackable courier. Once we receive the item, we'll assess its condition and provide you with a replacement or a refund of the game price (not shipping or wrapping, sorry!). Additional delivery costs will apply on replacement family board games.
