Delivery

Playtonic family board games are based in Melbourne Victoria and deliver family board games throughout Australia using Australia Post.

All purchases are shipped on the day of your purchase or next working day (excludes public holidays) via Australia Post or Mailman. Our estimated delivery to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart and Canberra is 2-4 business days. Delivery to other capital cities is 5-6 business days.

Delivery times may vary during busy postal periods such as Christmas.

We do our best to ensure deliveries arrive in a timely manner. Please remember though that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.

Shipping costs*

A flat rate of $10 is charged on all board game deliveries and covers postage, handling and packing costs.

We try our best to keep costs down but sometimes postage can be expensive especially to remote locations, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to charge additional postage if the delivery cost becomes excessive. Of course, we'll always contact you first if this is the case - If you are unhappy with the additional postage charges we will provide a full refund.

Combining Postage*

We're happy to combine postage where practical. When you purchase more than one family board game, only one delivery cost will be added to your order at checkout.

Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to charge additional postage if an order is particularly bulky. Of course, we'll always contact you first if this is the case - If you are unhappy with the additional postage charges we will provide a full refund.

Split delivery

If you wish to deliver your order to multiple addresses – e.g you are sending board game gifts to two different people at different addresses – use a separate order for each address - shipping costs will apply to each delivery address.
